Description

The cafe' is a short walk from Shinjuku Station's South East Exit. Look for the logo shown in the picture.
After exiting the station, walk along the main street until you see the Docomo shop. The shop is located in a building between the Docomo and Murasaki Sports.
Look for the building with a green sign that says レイク. It is in the building next to the Turkish restaurant.
The cafe is on the fifth floor of the building. (Please note that there are no elevators.)

Restrictions
- Disinfect your hands before touching the owls Ask our staff member to hand you the owl you wish to pet. You can put the owl on your arm, but it may defecate on you. Be sure not to release the leash because the owl may fall or fly and be injured. Do not touch the owl's neck, abdomen or legs, but only touch the head and back gently. Be sure to turn the flash off when taking photos. Be sure not to do anything that could injure or anger the owls.
Additional Notes
- Your booking is only valid for the selected time slot. You will not be able to enter, and no refunds will be issued, if you do not arrive at your booked time.
- The total duration of the experience is 60 minutes, which cannot be extended.（xx:00~entry)
- If you happen to arrive earlier than your scheduled time, you may be asked to wait outside in the hallway.
- Please give yourself enough time to arrive. If you arrive late, you will not be able to extend your time for the full hour.
- You may participate in an optional feeding session for an additional JPY 200 on site. Please ask the staff on site. Monday-Friday: 12:00 and 19:00 Weekends: 11:00 and 19:00
- This activity is operated in Japanese only, however the staff will give instructions in simple English.
